Construction and Development Company, doing business as Andrews Bay
Builders, was founded by Daniel Atkinson and Diane Osland in 1994. Our
craftsmen are fine artisans at the top of their craft, producing high
quality, trouble free work for our clients in a clean, well maintained
work environment. We are environmentally conscientious and build green
when suitable and feasible for our clients.
We work for Contractor's cost, plus a negotiated percentage for Contractor's
profit, overhead and contingencies. This percentage usually runs between
seventeen and twenty percent, depending on the size of the project.
We are generally scheduled six months to a year in advance for larger
projects, but are usually able to fit in smaller projects such as bathrooms,
kitchens, and decks with a few months notice.
Andrews Bay Builders employs an internationally diverse group of craftsmen
with an even more diverse set of skills. The team includes an ornamental
iron craftsman, an architect, master
carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and assorted helpers and apprentices.
To augment our staff as necessary, we have developed solid relationships
with high quality sub-contractors. We bring this group of specialists
to your project.
Andrews Bay Builders is a fully licensed, bonded and insured General
Contracting firm registered and incorporated in the State of Washington.
We are members of the King County Master Builder's Association. Andrews
Bay Builders provides the client with detailed estimates, scheduling,
project tracking and detailed monthly statements listing all expenditures.
All of our work is fully warranted for two years from the date of completion.
