Bay Builders offers detailed, estimates for all work prior to the start
of such work. The estimates are thereafter used in tracking the projects
and aid in maintaining a tightly managed budget.
Restorations, alterations
and additions are all billed at Contractor's cost, plus the negotiated
profit and
overhead percentage, generally seventeen to twenty percent,
depending on the size of the project.
Architectural work is billed at forty-five dollars per hour, plus materials
and fees.
Ornamental Ironwork bids are fixed.
